During our special ceremony, we kindly ask that no one use flash photography or camera lights for videos. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing these moments for us and we’d love for everyone to simply relax, be present and enjoy this special time with us.

There will be assigned seating. Each table will be numbered to help our guests and families easily find their seats.

There will be a small arts and craft kit for the kids during the special occasion to help keep them occupied

There will be a Celebration of Life table. We kindly ask that it not be touched or disturbed, as it holds precious memories of our loved ones who could not be with us on our special day.

There is no Wi-Fi or cell service on the property. We encourage everyone to be fully unplugged and present while enjoying the venue and celebrating with us. Please make sure to enter the directions into your phone before leaving your starting location, as you may lose signal on the way.

There are two airports you can fly into: Knoxville and Nashville. Just remember that Nashville is in the Central Time Zone and is about a 3-hour drive to Knoxville. If you’re flying in through Nashville, they do have on-site car rentals available, but during peak season they book up fast, so make sure to reserve early to get a good deal.

During your visit, there is plenty of Hotels, Airbnb options and RV Parks in the area. We recommend booking early to ensure availability, as this is a popular tourist destination.

Yes, there is parking on site. We kindly ask that you park as straight as possible, as parking in the front section is limited. Once the main parking area is full, overflow parking is available at the main entrance.

If you have any allergies, we do ask that you tell us ahead of time to make special arrangements for you.

We kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly during our special time at the venue.

Available Drinks Water, Sweet Tea, Unsweetened Tea, Lemonade. We will also have a dirty soda bar which allows plain soda available as well. (Sprite/Coke)

We kindly ask that smoking and vaping take place in designated areas ONLY at the request of the Venue. Please do not smoke or vape inside the venue.

Please Admire Our Classic Cars We’re lucky to have these beautiful vintage vehicles on site. We kindly ask that children (and adults!) do not climb on or touch them, so everyone can enjoy their charm safely.

Restrooms for ladies & men are available inside the venue. A family restroom is also provided for your convenience.

Your presence is the most special gift to us! For those who wish to bring something, there will be a Gifts & Cards table, including a Money Tree inside the venue. For those of you that are not able to join us there will be a mailing address on our registry.
